What you will do at VeSync:

1. Build and Optimize DTC Ecommerce Business

Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the brand’s DTC e-commerce.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, retail and Amazon) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Build and optimize infrastructure to ensure a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience.

Develop and maintain tools, systems, and processes to enhance website functionality, performance, and scalability.


2. Drive Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and conversion rate targets.

Lead initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization through digital marketing, promotions, and personalization.

Monitor performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user engagement to identify growth opportunities.


3. Enhance Customer Experience

Own the customer journey on the brand website, ensuring an exceptional, consistent, and seamless experience from browsing to checkout.

Implement personalization, user experience (UX), and content strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve website performance and adapt to evolving customer needs.


4. Lead Category and Product Launches

Collaborate with marketing, product team, GTM team and any other teams to manage category and product launches on the DTC platform.

Develop launch strategies, product pages, and marketing content tailored to the online audience.

Drive initiatives to ensure the successful rollout of new products and campaigns on the website.


5. Omnichannel Integration

Leverage the health and wellness brand focus to create cohesive customer touchpoints across platforms.

Align the DTC strategy with overall omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Ensure a seamless connection between the DTC website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.


6. Data Analytics and Performance Measurement

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.

Use analytics tools to track and report on e-commerce performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Build predictive models to forecast revenue and customer trends.


7. Team Leadership and Development

Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Manage partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and developers as needed.

Cultivate a culture of ownership, proactiveness, and result-driven performance.

What you bring to the role:

10+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing and scaling brand websites.

Experience with health, wellness, or consumer electronics brands is a plus.

Deep technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Expertise in SEO, UX/UI, and digital marketing best practices.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with external vendors and agencies.

Strategic and tactical skills to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on innovation and customer-centric strategies.

Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: $165,000+ Annually
