Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales strategies and sales plans to expand overseas retail chain and beauty vertical channel customers, and achieve sales targets.
2. Take ownership of channel development and management, establishing robust channel systems in target markets.
3. Conduct thorough market and customer research and analysis, evaluate market conditions, screen potential overseas distributors, and forge long-term partnerships.
4. Drive local brand promotion activities for the respective products.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in channel and pricing management, ensuring optimal control and alignment.
6. Collect, organize, and analyze market information, industry trends, competitor landscapes, and stay abreast of the latest developments in product dynamics within the industry.
1. Bachelor's degree or above; Possess a minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in the North American market and other countries.
2. Candidates with proven local retail chain and supermarket customer resources in the United States, and hands-on experience with major retailers such as Walmart, ALDI, and others, will be given priority.
3. Preferred experience in developing distributor networks, with a focus on the beauty, personal care, and small home appliances distribution channels.
4. Bilingual in Mandarin is prefered. Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
5. Thorough understanding of the small home appliances industry, strong marketing acumen, deep knowledge of international markets, and a proven ability to successfully explore and expand within international markets. Experience in online marketing, market expansion, and exhibition operations is highly desirable.
6. Effective channel and pricing management abilities, coupled with exceptional customer communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrates self-motivation, a strong sense of work responsibility, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
