This is a hybrid role, requiring availability to work in DTLA 2 days a week. The Head of Operations will provide administrative support and assistance to the owner in various aspects of the direct-to-consumer and wholesale sides of the business. Key responsibilities include managing vendor portals, handling EDI reports, overseeing order fulfillment, organizing tasks using [Monday.com](http://monday.com/), managing inventory, researching shipping carriers and rates, overseeing customer correspondence, sourcing and managing freelancers, implementing procedures for workflow streamline, and implementing community growth strategies. Key skills required include strong understanding of B2B management, familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Amazon, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, organizational and planning skills, and good writing and speaking skills.
