Youngbloods Creative Residency:
Are you a writer, content creator, art director, designer, director, maker, tinkerer, innovator? Are you creative at the core? Do you want to spend quality time honing in on your craft? Then keep reading.
Youngbloods is a six month fully immersive creative residency program. Not to be mistaken with an internship, this is a paid placement that sees residents work alongside members of the agency’s creative department on real client briefs and projects. The program develops and nurtures diverse talent from different backgrounds often outside of the traditional agency world. Attending a top portfolio school or having a beautiful CV is NOT a requirement for Youngblood candidates. We look for translatable skills and unique approaches to solving creative campaigns. Over the course of six months, Youngbloods will become completely integrated into Chiat\Day LA, our clients and our culture. We offer mentorship, access to our cultural programming, and our internal learning and development. Youngbloods are given the opportunity to grow exponentially while working across real client business across multiple accounts. Youngbloods are collaborators who are confident in their creative practice while remaining humble in their skill level.

TIMING: October 7th, 2024 - May 9, 2025 (approximately 30 paid weeks)
PAY: $30/hour
HOURS: 40 hours per week
CONSIDERATIONS: This role is onsite in our Playa Vista location (5353 Grossvenor Blvd.Los Angeles, CA 90066). We are currently working on a hybrid model. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and discretionary remote Monday & Friday. All candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
You must be eligible to work in the US to qualify.
