Job Summary
We are looking for a teammate with an inquisitive mind and the tenacity of a detective to join the RPA strategic planning team to work across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate is someone who likes to solve problems, absorb and hunt down information, and distill it down to simple human truths. They have the ability to empathize with an audience and see issues from their point of view. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop advertising, creative, and brand strategy skills in a variety of categories. We want someone who brings a fresh perspective and is willing to learn.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Developing and implementing brand and communication strategy across various consumer touchpoints, especially digital and social
- Uncovering insights and bringing to life the worlds of our targets and what makes them to tick to help inspire great creative work
- Connecting the dots through our client’s business, the competitive landscape, research and consumer trends
- Shaping creative development with constructive feedback and a nuance for language
- Collaborating with other departments and specialties, and providing them with strategic guidance to stay true to the brand and solving business problems
How You’ll Excel In Your Role (Experience You Bring)
- Leading competitive audits to uncover category trends and competitive messaging
- Analyzing research and extracting key insights to inform briefs and presentations
- Drafting clear, inspiring creative briefs built on cultural, consumer and brand truths
- Monitoring and interpreting cultural trends, social behavior, and emerging consumer values to keep brand thinking relevant and future-facing
- Supporting the development of brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks
- Resourcefulness in finding answers, synthesizing and drawing insights from syndicated/secondary research
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong computer and design skills including PowerPoint, Excel and video editing
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies and statistics for both qualitative and quantitative research
- Understanding of social/digital media metrics and measurement
- Proactive, organized, independent with the ability to balance multiple accounts, teams and projects

**This is a hybrid role is based in the Los Angeles area. You must live in the area or be relocating to be considered.**
The monthly salary range for this position is $5,833 - $6,667, with an annualized equivalent of $70,000 - $80,000.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
