The Role
ServiceNow is looking for a process mining analyst to join our team and help us optimize and enhance our business processes. As a process mining analyst, you will use process mining techniques to discover, analyze, and improve business processes across various domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
What you get to do in this role:

  • Use process mining tools to conduct thorough analyses of business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and deviations from the standard process flow.
  • Identify and document the current state, pain points, root causes, and improvement areas of business processes.
  • Gather and integrate data from various enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and other workflow management tools.
  • Design and implement process mining models, metrics, and KPIs to monitor and measure process performance and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their process challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of process mining analyses, methodologies, and findings.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process mining concepts and tools.
  • Support the adoption and integration of process mining solutions with other ServiceNow products and platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in process mining.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process mining, data analysis, business process management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Disco, UiPath Process Mining, ServiceNow Process Mining ), data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications in process mining and experience in using ServiceNow platform is a plus.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $121,500 - $206,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
