The Manager of Creative Operations will be responsible for leading and executing various creative projects and processes to drive engagement and growth for FIGS. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Project Management and experience in Creative Operations. They will collaborate cross functionally, set project goals and timelines, and ensure successful completion of creative and brand projects. The Manager of Creative Operations will be incredibly detail-oriented and organized, but also able to see the big-picture and help create new workflows and ways of working. They will get things done, won’t hesitate to communicate cross functionally or with stakeholders, and ultimately help enable high-quality work.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage all creative projects from start to finish (across visual design, copy, social, content creation, community and more) – supporting and determining critical timelines and key milestones 
  • Be engaged in the creative process from end to end: concept and deliverable briefing, setting up project folders, creative development and reviews, and asset delivery
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, workback schedules, and resource allocation
  • Manage and track creative teams to ensue on-time production and high-quality of all multi-channel content 
  • Ability to distill and communicate leadership feedback on creative in a clear, concise, and strategic way
  • Ensure that final creative products are consistent with the brief, executive feedback and timeline
  • Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and change
  • Maintain organization and version control across all project documents and shared drives
  • Oversee resource management of projects and creative team and stay close to team bandwidth 
  • Understand our Creatives (designers/animators/editors/illustrators/DPs/etc) and their unique skill sets to determine the right person for the work and balancing their bandwidth across projects      
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and not easily overwhelmed by volume or pace of work
  • Willingness to work hard, proactively take initiative, and provide creative alternatives when needed

Requirements:

  • 7-10  years of relevant work experience in Project Management and Creative/Brand Operations
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with a high volume of creative assets  and campaign types (print, digital, video) in parallel
  • An understanding of creative workflows, tools, and ecommerce / marketing channels 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments 
  • Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to quickly switch gears between various competing priorities 
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience working with a project management tool (Asana, etc.), Dropbox and Google Slides

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $80,500 and $115,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience. 

Additional Compensation and Benefits 

  • Equity: All FIGS employees have the opportunity to own shares of FIGS stock through our new-hire equity program. Additionally, FIGS provides a discount when purchasing FIGS stock voluntarily through our FIGS Employee Stock Purchase Plan
