FIGS is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help scale our brand! This role will be responsible for managing creative processes across the Visual Design, Brand, and Film departments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with FIGS’ brand vision. Working cross-functionally, the Creative Operations Manager will facilitate efficient workflows, improve team collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project & Resource Management

  • Manage all creative projects, supporting and determining critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process.
  • Oversee resource management, ensuring the right creatives (designers, animators, editors, illustrators, DPs, etc.) are assigned to the right projects while balancing workloads.
  • Work closely with Brand and Visual Design team members to ensure all assignments, briefs, and deliverables meet FIGS' high standards.
  • Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, managing timelines, logistics, and budgets alongside the production team.
  • Facilitate overall marketing roadmap planning, ensuring projects maintain momentum and hit delivery targets.
  • Ensure all creative requests are well-organized and executed efficiently, allowing the team to remain nimble and responsive.

Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency

  • Continuously evaluate and refine creative workflows to maximize efficiency, ensuring the team can respond quickly to requests while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Implement and manage project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to streamline workflows, track progress, and flag potential roadblocks.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance collaboration across creative and marketing teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand and Visual Design teams to ensure all creative work meets FIGS’ high standards.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to align creative deliverables with broader business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Ensure process efficiency and team effectiveness by assessing and refining “how we do things” to help the creative team thrive and deliver their best work.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience working within creative operations (ex: Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copy, Production/film teams)
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of key social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and how creative content is optimized for each.
  • Experience with project management tools and the ability to implement best practices for tracking creative workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate creative needs into clear action plans.
  • A collaborative team player who is humble, respectful, and always willing to contribute to the greater good of the team.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $105,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
