About the Role:

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing content & creative. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you’ll write compelling B2C content, and collaborate closely with designers to bring ideas to life. You’ll own the messaging, copywriting and creative strategy—ensuring everything we produce is cohesive, impactful, and optimized for performance.

What you'll do:

  • Write high-impact B2C content that drives member acquisition and engagement.
  • Optimize content & creative using data and growth best practices to drive stronger results.
  • Act as an end-to-end creative owner across multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction while working closely with designers to develop assets that are on-brand and visually compelling.
  • Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help Thrive stand out and drive our goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution on tight timelines.

Who you are :

  • A strong direct-to-consumer writer—you can craft messaging that connects and converts.
  • Creative and execution-driven—you bring fresh ideas and see them through to completion.
  • Collaborative—you enjoy working with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized—you can manage multiple projects without missing a beat.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C content marketing or copywriting/editorial roles.
  • A passion and experience for writing direct-to-consumer marketing copy.
  • Proven ability to develop multi-channel content that drives measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to navigate competing deadlines.
  • A passion for fast-moving, high-growth environments where no two days look the same.
  • Bonus: Experience collaborating with designers and guiding creative direction.
