The Opportunity...
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and collaborative product manager to build optimized experiences for our key digital consumer brands in categories for home services and digital security. You will lead the launching of engaging new products and ideas to maximize revenue across conversion points for each brand’s audience. This is a cross-functional role that requires creative, strategic thinking about product and strategies that tie together brand-building and excellent usability to support search optimization and ultimately drive conversion and revenue. Our ideal candidate can synthesize and ideate on strategy, and align goals between engineering, design, content, data science, and executive stakeholders. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, with proven results shipping mission-critical products.
How You'll Contribute...
- Proactively develop product strategy and vision for websites within our verticals
- Define and develop detailed business requirements and user stories
- Work cross-functionally to quickly iterate and launch experiments
- Proactively manage existing experiments and provide updates on performance to the team
- Proactively identify growth and retention opportunities
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs between different roadmap initiatives
- Define and manage product KPIs
- Work collaboratively with other product team members and cross-functionally to build consensus on products in planning, development, and launch
What We're Looking For...
- 1-2 years of digital product management experience or relevant adjacent experience
- 1 year of conversion-focused experience
- Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage roadmaps and provide timely updates to the team
- Experience and ability to learn and understand technical concepts
Bonus Points...
- Experience with B2C web experiences is strongly preferred
- Experience with affiliate network programs and the structure of agency sales
- Experience using Tableau and Looker
