The Administrative Assistant will maintain vehicle inventory, support sales with purchase orders, and collaborate with DMV/Accounting. They will generate reports and complete other assigned tasks.

Perform bank reconciliations; support insurance accounting (investments, reinsurance) and compliance filings; manage month-end accounts payable close; assist with 1099 filings and special projects; maintain accurate records and collaborate with affiliate companies.

Support the CFO and accounting department with investment management, account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly statutory financial reporting. Document and improve internal controls and reinsurance processes, communicate with agents and reinsurance partners, and ensure accurate US GAAP and SAP-compliant financial analysis.
