The CNC Machinist operates complex CNC equipment, ensures quality of components, optimizes processes, and collaborates with engineering teams to enhance manufacturability.

Lead long-range financial planning, enterprise scenario and KPI modeling, and capital-allocation analyses tied to manufacturing performance. Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic risks/opportunities, support board/investor materials, and serve as finance lead on major initiatives including manufacturing scale-ups and facility expansions. Drive cross-functional alignment between strategic objectives and annual operating plans.

Lead manufacturing engineering team to integrate advanced manufacturing technologies, oversee production quality, and mentor engineers while driving process improvements.
