ClearPath currently holds U.S. Patent No. 7,783,800,  8,078,777, & 8,341,317, “Systems & Methods for Managing a Network”. In addition ClearPath has been awarded patents on Cloud managed networking in Japan, China, India, Canada and has patents pending in EU and elsewhere.

Since then, ClearPath has continued to evolve this platform into a product to enable other service providers to deliver cloud based network services both for on premise hardware as well as in the cloud network services.
