401(K)
Employees pay taxes on their pre-tax contributions or any earnings until they withdraw their money from the plan, which is usually when they retire.
401(K) matching
Employees can contribute up to their 401(k), up to IRS limits. The company will match up to 5% of their contribution. The Pearl Abyss match will vest 25% per year on their contributions.

Flexible work schedule
Extra PTO is awarded at the description of the CEO and/or requested by the employee’s manager and/or the employee. Extra PTO can be taken in 2, 4, or 8-hour increments.

Generous PTO
In the first 2 years of employment, PTO will accrue at 4 hours per pay period or 12 Days annually. PTO accrual is based on time worked and will increase one day - Year 2, 4, and 6 Anniversaries.

Sabbatical
