Lead and manage creative project intake and workflow from concept to delivery. Create and maintain schedules, resourcing, budgets, and reports; track deliverables, approvals, scope changes, vendor timelines, and risks. Serve as liaison across creative, production, digital, studio, marketing, compliance, and product teams. Improve SOPs, workflows, and PM systems; enforce deadlines, run status meetings, escalate blockers with solutions, and ensure work meets brand and quality standards.
