About the role:

The YouTube & Demand Gen Channel Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing our YouTube advertising and Demand Generation strategies. In this role, you will lead market research, collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth. You’ll own budget management, ensure campaigns meet rigorous ROAS KPIs, and work cross-functionally to maximize impact. Staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll continuously refine strategies to keep our campaigns innovative, high-performing, and at the forefront of digital marketing.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive YouTube advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Demand Gen campaign strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality video content and image ads that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform campaign development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, data analytics, and advertising partners to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROAS.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to YouTube and Demand Gen advertising.
  • Support our business during key holiday periods when we run major promotions. Availability to work during these peak times is a must.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • 1+ years of experience managing Demand Gen (formerly Discovery) campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and online shopping behavior (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams across marketing, creative, and analytics functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights and campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging ad formats, and best practices in YouTube and Demand Gen advertising.
