OVERVIEW
Alo is seeking a passionate Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a retail background, particularly those who have experience as a store leader. The Workforce Management Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining our Scheduling System (Legion) and ensuring efficient scheduling and operational processes across our store locations. The ideal candidate is sharp with systems and technology and will have a passion for optimizing schedules, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the Legion Scheduling System to ensure optimal schedules for all Retail Locations
- Add and configure new locations within the Legion Scheduling System
- Analyze system forecasts to identify and resolve any system issues
- Support Retail Stores by working with Store teams to resolve any scheduling issues and answer any questions
- Upload all scheduling data into the scheduling system such as sales goals, hours of operation, and custom labor drivers
- Distribute regular recurring reporting of staffing positions vs staffing model and other scheduling KPIs
- Implement configuration changes as needed to meet operational requirements, changes in company policies or procedures, and system upgrades
- Manage user roles and permissions within the system
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization across workforce management tools and processes
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support broader Retail Operations function
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in Workforce Management function within Retail or Hospitality sectors or 1-3 years of store leadership experience in a schedule-writing capacity Past retail store experience with a strong ability to connect the dots between finance, operations, and people
- Strong analytical and abilities with impeccable attention to detail
- High proficiency in Excel
- Self-starter with strong desire to spend time in stores understanding stakeholder impacts
The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$70,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
