As part of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions tailored to their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements.

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Absence, etc.).

  • Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role.

  • Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
