About the Role

Tubi is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Creator Programs to play a lead role in the development and expansion of our creator-focused initiatives. Reporting to the GM, Creator Programs, this executive will play a key role in bringing our strategy to life—building and scaling programs that empower independent creators, digital storytellers, and emerging talent to succeed on Tubi’s platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on translating vision into action and delivering meaningful value to creators at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for creator acquisition, onboarding, support, and growth.
  • Identify, source, close and manage relationships with individual creators as well as partners in the creator community economy.
  • Design and implement innovative monetization models and incentives for creators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering—to enhance the creator experience.
  • Represent Tubi at industry events and serve as a public advocate for the creator community.
  • Utilize data and audience insights to inform priorities and optimize creator partnerships.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team focused on creator success and community development.

Your Background

  • 10+ years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships.
  • Experience building scalable creator or partner programs in a platform environment. Ideally, you have experience building new programs or businesses from the ground up. 
  • Deep empathy for creators and a keen understanding of their needs, challenges, and business models
  • Deep understanding of creator economy trends, video monetization, and community engagement strategies. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong data literacy and experience using metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

New York City and Westchester County, NY Compensation

Base ($233,000 to $333,000 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
