Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.


What about you?

As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with other members of our Creative Services team to shape the digital experiences that users interact with daily. You’re a Figma wiz, and a subject matter expert in creating user-centered designs by leveraging research and data to create wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

  • Craft UX strategies that leverage qualitative research and quantitative data to inform your design decisions 
  • Create user-driven wireframes for a variety of digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital marketing assets
  • Design high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, including pixel-perfect UI designs
  • Develop digital design systems using Figma variables, auto-layout, and prototyping features
  • Defining functional requirements and interactivity while working within known development constraints
  • Proactively manage work - review project plans and briefs, flagging any dependencies or concerns
  • Assist in developing and refining UX/UI design workflows by experimenting with AI to gain efficiencies throughout the design process 

The skills you’ll bring to the table…

  • 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, agency experience preferred
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI design projects across various digital platforms, especially in client-focused settings
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve by evaluating a situation and proposing solutions
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details with a passion for delivering polished and user-focused designs
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant web design software
  • Expert in Figma, adeptly using frames, auto layout, components & variables, creating custom styles & libraries, and creating design elements to-spec
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the capability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders and client teams
  • Proactive communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal and client stakeholders 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Leveraging AI/ChatGPT to support your creative process, specifically in continuous evaluation of trends, data assessment, and creative techniques to keep the project’s brand vision active and evolving
  • Staying up to date on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to enhance efficiencies and insights
  • Previous consultative experience in the digital marketing space (SEO, CRO, etc.) 
  • Ability to conduct user research and qualitative data analysis to inform designs, including usability testing
  • Working knowledge of audience research tools, such as UserInterviews, PlaybookUX, etc.

Success After 90 Days Looks Like…

  • You have successfully integrated into the team, establishing yourself as a key player in driving our clients' digital design strategy
  • Your designs have significantly contributed to enhancing our clients' online presence and meeting their digital marketing objectives

Your Compensation and Benefits will look like…

  • $75,000 - $88,000/year - Your final compensation will be determined by your skills and experience.
  • Compensation evaluations occur at least once a year
  • Recharge week: 1 week PTO before starting
  • Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum/year requirement and Flexible Fridays
