Program Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree  
  • Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027  
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area) 

Global Tech Support (Onsite: CA, NY, TN):

How You'll CREATE:

Tech Support provides front-line support to end users on a variety of differing issues; identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues that are raised. The team documents, communicates, tracks and monitors all incoming calls, incidents and requests to ensure a timely response and resolution.  

  • Work with and provide support to other Global Tech and local IT teams
  • Moves and Changes: Ad-hoc and planned relocations of IT equipment
  • Install and configure computer and VC hardware and software
  • Building and configuring computers using Microsoft SCCM/InTune/JAMF
  • Perform PC/Mac/iPhone/Android technical assistance
  • Inventory, recycling, software updates and program/security auditing projects
  • Assist with Windows 11 migration

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Mac and PC hardware troubleshooting and deployment skills
  • Be analytical and able to problem solve and troubleshoot across a wide range of technologies
