What You'll Do
Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the Temp Recruiter will support a full life cycle recruiting process, with an emphasis on creative recruitment within CPG, to support the organization in achieving hiring needs for strategic objectives. This role will be integral in supporting the Company achieve strategic talent acquisition goals. This role is a trusted partner to the business and will work closely with hiring teams at all levels. This position will drive best-in-class talent acquisition programs in support of rapid growth by cultivating talent pipelines to identify, engage and attract top talent. The expected duration of this temporary assignment is 2+ months.

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including setting sourcing strategies, sourcing, interviewing administering appropriate assessments, and reference/background checking and all aspects hiring process, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings throughout the Munchkin organization.
  • Extensive sourcing and recruiting of creative talent (Art/Design, Copy, Social, digital design, etc.)
  • Support with diving and excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation and new hire on-boarding.
  • Drive the recruitment process for business leaders: coaching and guiding managers throughout the process, manage hiring manager communication for assigned positions and set interview and hiring process/procedural expectations. This includes creating interview guides, feedback forms, owning interview planning and debrief sessions and coaching interview teams on behavior-based interviewing techniques.
  • Evaluate, and enhance job descriptions to ensure alignment with success profiles and to maximize attraction of top candidates.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business by connecting dots for translating business need into executable staffing plans.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that maximize the qualified candidate pool and identify sources that drive diversity hiring.
  • Recommend and guide improvements that impact pipeline and candidate quality Optimize your workflows and communications for positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain hiring forecasts and gather feedback on recent hires and service levels through feedback sessions and meetings with hiring managers.
  • Manage/maintain recruiting data and metrics for hiring managers and senior leadership team.
  • Provide weekly recruiting reporting metrics to management.
  • Other duties may be assigned


Bring It!

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in mid to high volume hiring needs. In-house recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in working in a consumer product good environment is highly preferred
  • Extensive sourcing and recruiting of creative talent required (Art/Design, Copy, Social, digital design, packaging engineers, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of identifying, obtaining and retaining agency partnerships to fill niche roles
  • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Data-oriented decision-maker; results driven
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and leveraging technology in the recruiting
  • Advanced working knowledge of talent sourcing, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated and driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Salary range: $85,000-$110,000 DOE
