Duties: Conduct requirements gathering sessions to elicit, define, and document detailed
business and technical requirements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to
support the design and development of Salesforce solutions. Work closely with the
Solution Architect or Technical Architect to explain the requirements and ensure the
design meets all identified requirements. Complete configuration and customization
tasks using Salesforce’s click configuration framework and declarative capabilities
such as custom objects, fields, and automation tools like Flows. Leverage Youreka
Application features to design and build Salesforce Forms and Assessments, using CSS
to stylize forms as needed, and integrate Youreka capabilities with third-party
applications such as S-Docs. Prepare and execute QA scripts, track the QA process
from beginning to end, and prepare end-user training materials customized for each
project. Deliver training to client trainers and/or end users. Identify and document
changes in business processes impacted by each project and develop guidance to
prepare the workforce for upcoming system launches. Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure alignment with client needs and provide excellent customer service.
Location: 27 School St., 4th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02108. Remote position,
work can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Domestic travel to customer sites and
company meetings required less than 5% of time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor – Electronics and Communication Engineering or Information
Systems and Operations Management; will accept equivalent foreign degree;
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, Salesforce Consultant,
Business Analyst or in a related role;
Experience must include:
1. Salesforce flows and declarative configuration;
2. Salesforce Data Loader and Developer Console; and
3. HTML, CSS and SOQL;
