Role Summary

We’re scaling fast—and building out our technical team is a top priority for 2025. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a high-velocity environment and knows how to source, assess, and close top-tier engineering, ML, and product talent.

This is a 6-month contract role focused on full-cycle technical recruiting, with the flexibility to support hiring across other departments as needed. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, own proactive sourcing, and help create an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including software engineers, MLEs, data scientists, product managers, and more.
  • Proactively source, engage, and assess mid to senior-career talent using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and coach them on interview best practices.
  • Ensure a thoughtful, timely, and engaging candidate experience from intro call to offer.
  • Track and report on pipeline health and hiring metrics weekly.
  • Maintain structured interview loops, documentation, and process alignment with our brand and values.
  • Flex into other priority roles across marketing, sales, or operations as needed.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including significant experience hiring for engineering, ML, data, and product roles.
  • Skilled at proactive sourcing and keeping pipelines warm.
  • Experienced with tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and keep communication tight.
  • Passionate about great candidate experience and delivering results.


You May Also Have

  • Experience supporting early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies.
  • Exposure to contingent workforce or international hiring practices.
  • Interest or experience in employer branding or technical talent marketing.
