Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their office to bring top talent into the firm. 

What You Will Do 

  • Support Southwest Regional Talent Acquisition efforts 

  • Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers for current studio needs 

  • Network and engage with top talent and recruit them to Gensler 

  • Work with our existing talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positions 

  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants 

  • Manage Workday and all of its functions, from opening a role, dispositioning candidates, to closing a role 

  • Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offers  

  • Assist with recruiting outreach efforts for Summer Internship program 

  • Update and maintain compensation staff reports for offers 

Your Qualifications 

  • 2-3 years of experience Recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required) 

  • Bachelors degree  

  • Knowledge of HRIS; Workday preferred 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems 

  • Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industry 

  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment 

  • Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting 

**The base salary range will be estimated between $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses, benefits and contingent on relevant experience. 

**This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5X days a week.
