TubeScience, one of the world's largest performance video agencies, is seeking a Supervising Producer who can masterfully blend production expertise with strategic vision to deliver exceptional content at scale.

What You'll Do
At our LA-based agency, you'll be the production powerhouse orchestrating multiple brand campaigns across our state-of-the-art facilities. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Portfolio Management: Lead production strategy across 8-10 major brands, ensuring consistent creative excellence and efficient resource utilization.
  • Production Leadership: Direct multiple simultaneous productions, managing both in-house crews and remote talent to deliver scroll-stopping content.
  • Strategic Execution: Transform creative briefs into compelling visual content that meets brand objectives and performance goals.
  • Resource Optimization: Maximize studio resources and production efficiency while maintaining creative quality standards.
