The salary range for this role, based in Florida is $128,160.00 to $160,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. 

Job Summary: 

Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages are the fastest-growing segment in the alcoholic beverage space, poised to gain more share and shelf space over the next five years. At Pernod Ricard, winning in RTDs is a strategic imperative, and our exciting portfolio of brands – Absolut, Malibu, and Jameson – is positioned to capture significant market share. This role is designed to lead the PRUSA RTD business in key markets, fostering strategic partnerships with distributors to unlock sustainable share gains.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver the RTD annual operating plan for the RTD portfolio with assigned distributors.

  • Lead annual planning meetings with distributors to set PRUSA sales goals, including volume, distribution, and velocity initiatives.

  • Identify market-specific business development opportunities to grow PRUSA RTD share and execute market rollouts of new products.

  • Manage state A&P, T&E, and trade spend in line with agreed budgets, ensuring pricing compliance with RTD portfolio pricing and promotional strategy.

  • Conduct regular planning meetings and business reviews with distributor leadership, implementing PRUSA training and development initiatives.

  • Lead annual strategic planning for chains in your assigned geography, tracking and reporting execution of PRUSA chain programs with distributor teams.

  • Drive distribution, volume, and velocity in on-premise chains, managing local activation funds and designing local marketing initiatives with the RTD marketing team.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience in the beer, wine, or spirits category or similar CPGs.

  • Distributor management experience with a strong understanding of distributor operations and retail sales.

  • Strong understanding of chain customers' planning and execution cycles.

  • Well-developed financial acumen with knowledge of pricing and revenue management.

  • Recent experience managing distributors is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing multiple brands and partnering with stakeholders in a matrix organization.

  • Solid experience developing strategies grounded in insights and analytics.

  • Working knowledge of relevant data analytics tools and syndicated data (Power BI, Anaplan, Nielsen, IRI, and Numerator).

  • Ability to Travel: Up to 30% of the time
