Managed Services Data Analyst

CreatorIQ is looking for a Managed Services Data Analyst to join our Managed Services team. Managed Services is a specialized collection of services offered to our customers to simplify their workflow and improve data and tracking capabilities throughout their journey. The Managed Services Data Analyst will play a critical role in enabling data-informed decisions and insights at CreatorIQ. This team member will focus on managing, exploring, and presenting complex data sets, developing advanced reporting solutions, and collaborating on analytical projects that support both internal teams and external clients. The Managed Services team has helped hundreds of customers better utilize the capabilities offered by CreatorIQ through shared processes and strong interpersonal coordination.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet internal and client requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth data work to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Manage and execute data projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and clarity in data outputs.

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Perform data audits, validation, and quality control tasks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

  • Provide thoughtful feedback on tools and recommend improvements to enhance usability and user experience.

  • Communicate insights, project statuses, and recommendations clearly and professionally to international clients and teams.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or similar roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and GraphQL; experience with data querying, manipulation, and database management.

  • Demonstrated ability in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and considerately across diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and manipulation.
