What You'll Do
- Lead UX initiatives across various projects.
- Be responsible for UX-related artifacts.
- Pick the right tool for the job. Define the appropriate exercises or processes for the problem at hand.
- Ensure UX best practices are being followed by collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product development process.
- Help communicate the impact of UX design and research to project stakeholders; both internally and client-facing.
- Present UX findings and artifacts to clients.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience
- Experience leading UX workshops, interviews, etc
- Experience creating UX artifacts, from informational (ex. personas), to interaction design (ex. Wireframes, prototypes, etc.) and accessibility
- Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in all things Figma
