Would you like to join a fast paced, fun-loving and diverse team? We are looking for a senior manager of SEO marketing to lead our global efforts around growing organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across our digital properties. This role is essential to driving company growth and requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all of our digital initiatives. 
 

The day to day.

  • Strategy Development: Create the overall SEO strategy to align with business goals by balancing technical SEO with content optimization and link building initiatives to drive growth.

  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities and guide content creation. Monitor and analyze trends to stay ahead of changes in search algorithms and user behavior. 

  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content and website teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search while meeting user needs. Takes an iterative testing approach to improve SEO effectiveness.

  • Technical SEO: Partner with web development team to identify and resolve technical issues impacting crawlability, indexability, and site performance. Drive initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall website architecture.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Ability to analyze SEO performance (ranking, traffic, conversions) and present actionable insights to stakeholders with recommendations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with content, website, paid media, and the segment marketing teams to ensure all SEO initiatives are achieving broader marketing goals.

  • Leadership Skills: Build and develop a team of SEO marketing specialists by creating a culture around being customer inspired and driving performance.

  • Technology and Innovation: Be up-to-date on the latest tools, technologies, and trends to enhance our SEO performance and scalability. 
     

Your skills and expertise.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 9+ years of experience in SEO marketing with 5+ years in a leadership role within a B2B technology company.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

  • Expertise in technical SEO, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

  • Familiarity with content marketing and digital demand generation strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Base Salary Range

$124,000.00 - $186,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
