The Role: 

The Solutions Consulting organization offers strategic deal support across all channels, including employer, Health Plan, and partnerships in order to help increase win rates and ensure successful transition into customer launches. 

The Solution Consultant:

  • Serves as product SMEs supporting deep level sales conversations, using product knowledge to partner with Account Executives and prospects/prospective partners to design the Carrot solution that best meets each unique set of needs
  • Delivers an engaging product demonstration; Dynamic verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Apply product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with customers and prospects
  • Partners with the implementation team to support complex customer/partner implementations
  • Develops and documents new workflows and processes as necessary

Additionally, the Solution Consultant will provide key deal and market insights with GTM leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly.  


The Team: 

The Solutions Consulting organization offers strategic deal support across all channels, including employer, Health Plan, and partnerships in order to help increase win rates and ensure successful transition into customer launches. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience supporting sales of similar size and scope to Carrots target opportunities
  • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to travel 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space
  • Experience selling to HR buyers 
  • A passion for problem-solving and finding the best-fit solutio

Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $117,000-$155,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
