Job Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst  to lead the migration and integration of Salesforce instances across our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless consolidation and optimization of our Salesforce environment to support business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce administration, a strategic mindset for system integration, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic business environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Instance Migration: Plan, execute, and oversee the migration of multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, products, and pricing to meet business needs.
  • Data Management: Develop and enforce data governance standards, ensure data quality. Perform data deduplication, data mapping, and data migrations
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, accounting, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users, ensuring adoption of best practices and efficient system usage.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing and compliance requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables for migration and integration initiatives.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in business/data management 
    • Salesforce administration familiarity
    • Proven track record of successful data migration and integration projects.
  • Certifications:
    • Advanced certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, APEX,, etc.).
    • Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or third-party ETL tools.
    • Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
