We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. As a Senior Project Success Manager you will join our Customer Success team onsite in our Carson, CA office to deliver robotic systems and solutions to customers, ensuring customer success, and driving growth within the customer account. You’ll work with customers to ensure they receive the most value from our products and services, partner closely with our engineering team, internal sales team, external vendors and deployment teams to deliver robotics solutions to our customers.
Role & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects including gathering and defining customer requirements, scheduling, scope definition, and project implementation plans ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and quality standards

Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed

Coordinate internal and external resources across functional departments (Product, Deployment, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Leadership), including client stakeholders to maintain project scope and schedule to launch cutting-edge robotic solutions

Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, facilitate change requests, and ensure stakeholders remain informed on impacts to schedule

Drive PMO processes across multiple concurrent projects

Analyze client production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or robot/human interaction

Review technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation and provide input as needed

Travel to customer sites (~10% annually) for project needs

Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and manage customer satisfaction during transition periods.
Export Control Requirements
In order to comply with the export regulations of the United States Government, it is required that the applicant must fall under one of the following categories: (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (i.e. current green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.
Minimum Qualifications

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field

5+ years of industry experience in project success management or related field

Proven track record of analyzing customers' existing production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Proven experience in developing robust project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and deliverables

Experience working in production or manufacturing environments

Demonstrated success in end-to-end project implementation

1+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role, managing client communications and expectations professionally

Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and effectively communicate their value to internal teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Must meet export control requirements in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment.
Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of industry experience driving process improvements in manufacturing, robotics or related field

Ability to effectively track, organize, and manage projects using digital tools similar but not limited to (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $130,000 - 160,000 USD plus equity. We also provide comprehensive benefits and perks which include but are not limited to medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, 401(k) plan + employer match, regular offsite events, a discretionary fund for enhancing productivity and so much more! The range listed on job postings reflect the minimum and maximum new hire salary across levels in Los Angeles, CA.
