We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our passionate team and be part of shaping the future of customer experience in the high-end luxury space. This is a contract-to-hire role. You will begin as a contractor with the expectation of becoming a full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales representatives, and customer support, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ yrs experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce and CRM projects, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and administration.
- Experience with App Exchange and Salesforce partner programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity/experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira is a bonus.
