About the role 

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven ability to spearhead complex Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives, drive seamless execution, and deliver impactful business outcomes. This role presents an exciting opportunity to demonstrate strong leadership, foster collaboration, and leverage technical expertise to shape the future of IAM strategies and solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IAM programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and security policies. 
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Monitor and address risks, issues, and dependencies to keep programs on track. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of program goals, progress, and outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with our customer’s cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to align IAM initiatives with enterprise priorities. 
  • Facilitate regular updates, steering committee meetings, and status reports. 
  • Oversee the work of project managers, engineers, and other contributors to ensure successful program execution. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on IAM best practices and methodologies. 
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of IAM solutions, including access governance, privileged access management, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards related to IAM. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. 
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation, including program plans, risk assessments, and closure reports. 
  • Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of IAM initiatives. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale IAM programs. 
  • Proven experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and technologies. 
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
