About the role

Teramind is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in an individual contributor role. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging and creating integrated go-to-market strategies for Teramind's solutions. This role will focus on supporting our behavior analysis capabilities and driving new customer acquisition.

As an individual contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and security/risk management leaders but you will not have direct reports. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies for product launches, contributing to thought leadership, and expanding market opportunities for both Teramind and our partners. You'll also create key marketing collateral that empowers our sales team and partners to generate new opportunities.

A strategic approach to product and solution marketing is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, with a focus on cybersecurity and risk management.
  • Cybersecurity experience is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and differentiated positioning and messaging, effective sales materials, and engaging presentations.
  • Experience launching SaaS products, managing tight deadlines, gathering customer feedback, and improving sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to explain complex technical  product information in a simple, value-focused way.
  • Comfortable representing Teramind at conferences, media interviews, and meetings with analysts.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Good teamwork skills and a history of achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of user activity monitoring, insider risk management, data loss prevention, and compliance enforcement.
  • Experience with complex SaaS solutions.
  • Strategic understanding of various components of a typical security stack, including UAM and DLP products and data security governance programs.
  • Familiarity with use cases for enterprise security solutions.
