At Insider’s Marketing team you’ll be fully responsible for the outbound marketing activities, promoting our industry-leading customer experience delivery platform built on the latest predictive, AI and machine learning technologies. Our ideal Senior Product Marketing Manager is genuinely curious about new technologies, marketing trends and obsessed about new products. You will support Insider’s efforts to transform the customer experience delivery space with game-changing technologies and products.

What do we expect from this role?

  • Develop and constantly refine the positioning and messaging that differentiates Insider products in the market
  • Use customer and competitive research to create compelling use cases and differentiators for product launches and GTM
  • Own the GTM strategy for new products and feature releases in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, sales and customer success
  • Generate research-driven content for establishing Insider’s position as a thought leader in the market and in the product space
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Engage and influence Analysts in research areas relevant to Insider’s products and position Insider competitively in Magic Quadrants and Waves.
  • Conduct Product and Success webinars to engage both Prospects and Customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product marketing, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience with digital marketing or Marketing technologies is a strong plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer success
  • Ability to craft compelling stories in every format including blog posts, guides and videos or webinars
  • Ability to present to internal/external C-level audience to deliver product stories and positioning
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of technology products
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
