ImpactAs a Senior Product Manager on the Partner Integrations team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how partners are able to best leverage Shipt solutions—owning the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution. In this pivotal role, you’ll steer a multi-quarter product roadmap, pinpointing high-impact opportunities and building compelling business cases that influence teams and leaders beyond Product.
On any given day, you might lead team ceremonies to keep everyone focused on critical business objectives, dive into user insights and data to refine requirements, or leverage your storytelling skills to inspire alignment on big-picture strategies. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from Engineers to Executives, to drive innovation in the fast-evolving gig space—making tangible contributions to how thousands of Shipt Shoppers connect in their communities using Shipt’s products.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of product management of experience in logistics, retail, gig or eCommerce related field.

  • A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes

  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.

  • Technical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.

  • Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp or equivalent

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave.  Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: 

$112,000-$224,000

All other locations:

$93,000-$187,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
