The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in a role that sits at the intersection of big-picture thinking and operational excellence. In this position, you'll take ownership of contract negotiations and deal activity, working both independently and alongside our Indirect Procurement team, while driving meaningful improvements across Procurement Operations including system implementations, vendor consolidation, and other process efficiencies. What You’ll Contribute

  • Exhibit a diversity of capabilities, including general contract knowledge and ability to negotiate, Contract Administration, Business Analysis and User Acceptance Tester and general understanding of System Tools and Approval processes.
  • Contract repository administration which includes contract and document management.
  • Support contract deal activity including handling deals independently and with a team.
  • Support key initiatives including vendor management to reduce and consolidate global vendors, process efficiencies and controls to ensure adherence to procurement governance.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in system migrations and implementations, plus ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams including Procurement Leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, Business Applications, Marketing, Human Resources, Physical Security and Safety, and Legal teams.
  • Asks critical questions to challenge status quo thinking. 

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in Procurement or operational role with understanding of contracts and general Procurement principles.
  • Experience working with and managing different workflows of a CLM tool.
  • Customer Service and Team Building: Has a customer focused mindset; gains support and trust from all levels of the organization, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project) and DocuSign.
  • Systems Self-Starter: Willingness and ability to quickly learn how to become a subject matter expert of multiple software tools.
  • Possess the ability to deal effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability for working in culturally diverse environments within a global team.
  • Experience using Oracle EBS and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $84,000 to $132,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
