Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing and conducting supply market analysis for IEG global service procurement projects in United States
  • Participate in the communication and confirmation of procurement requirements, and conduct sourcing and on-site inspections of suppliers in America
  • Responsible for introducing local suppliers and managing contract, assisting the business in expanding actively, innovating operation methods, gaining insights into the most sought-after resources in the market, and ensuring the availability of high-quality resources
  • Responsible for executing and managing local procurement contract, including purchasing, payment, risk management, supplier performance and team ranking management.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in service procurement
  • A strong understanding of the procurement concept and process, with a basic understanding of the internet industry
  • Excellent English skills for barrier-free communication, with solid experience in business writing and negotiation
  • Outstanding coordination and communication skills, capable of conducting independent business negotiations and ensuring the results of implementation
  • A team player, and quick learner, able to work under pressure and embrace new challenges
  • Passionate about games, with experience working with a Chinese team being preferred
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for stakeholder meetings, supplier visits, industry events or other business-related purposes
  • The role may involve occasional communication or coordination with internal teams, suppliers, or stakeholders in different time zones. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate these differences
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $84,240.0 to $178,200.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
