About the Role:

As Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, you will serve as Finance business partner to Product and Marketing leaders, driving cross functional collaboration and insights across user retention and acquisition strategies for our 12M+ monthly active users.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Drive cross functional collaboration across Product and Marketing org - build / maintain / iterate to create cohesive user growth strategy across acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Work collaboratively across strategic finance team to connect user insights across our different revenue segments (Shopping, Gaming, and Activities)
  • Develop user segmentation reporting and analyze and interpret key business metrics (LTV-CAC, ARPU, churn / retention, etc.) to develop insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Own monthly, weekly, and daily reporting on user health metrics across churn, retention, segmentation, and monetization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
  • Lead monthly / weekly business reviews to review business performance vs. budget
  • Communicate progress on user metrics to executive leadership and Board of Directors

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in strategic finance, business operations, strategy, investment banking, program management, or related roles
  • In-house tech experience, including business partnering experience in B2C business models supporting user growth and retention initiatives 
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • SQL and BI experience preferred

Compensation:
