Alteryx is a leader in analytics automation, empowering data-driven decision-making with its innovative platform. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Sales Programs to drive strategic sales initiatives and improve overall sales efficiency. 

 

Role Overview 

The Senior Manager, Sales Programs will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sales programs that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization. This role will collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive sales acceleration and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong program management skills, and a passion for sales effectiveness. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute sales programs that support revenue growth, including sales acceleration initiatives and pipeline generation strategies 

  • Lead and develop a global team of Program Managers to deliver against sales targets 

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps, define priorities, and implement programs that enhance sales performance. 

  • Work closely with Marketing to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales plays. 

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track, measure, and report on program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement. 

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure successful adoption of new sales plays, tools, and methodologies. 

  • Optimize existing sales programs and develop new frameworks to increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve conversion metrics. 

  • Manage communication and change management efforts related to sales programs, ensuring field teams are informed and engaged. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 7+ years of experience in sales programs, sales operations, or revenue enablement, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. 

  • Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact sales programs that drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure success. 

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. 

  • Experience working with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense and/or others). 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans. 

  • Compensation 160,000-184,000 plus bonus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
