The Role: Senior Email Developer
Based in Buenos Aires / Remote-friendly
Part of our Customer Success team

You’ll work remotely with the option to visit our Palermo office in Buenos Aires. You’ll be part of the team that implements our product for some of the world’s biggest brands. The pace is fast, the technology is new, and the team is incredibly smart and collaborative. Growth opportunities are abundant.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the implementation for new customers: work closely with a cross-functional onboarding team to understand customer needs, build and test instances.
  • Become an expert user of Stensul, finding the best ways to implement solutions.
  • Ensure customers have the best possible first experience with the platform.
  • Provide product feedback as a hands-on user.
  • Bring proactive and positive energy to our growing team.

Who you are:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in email development is a big plus
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable making UX decisions and creating mockups
  • Customer-centric, and eager to engage throughout implementations
  • Process-oriented and organized
  • Upper Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
  • A collaborative team player
