What You’ll Own

  • Contribute to design software architecture
  • Deliver tested features
  • Contribute to groom tickets
  • Attend scrum meetings
  • Your direct relations:  You will report to Product Owner 

This is a fit for you if…

Core Technical Skills

  • Python: Proficient in object-oriented programming and design principles.
  • React: Experience building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries for efficient development.
  • API Development: Skilled in creating and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • State Management: Proficiency with libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
  • Front-End/Back-End Integration: Understanding seamless communication between both ends.

Development Best Practices

  • Web Development: Knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and industry best practices.
  • Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or similar frameworks for deployment.

AI and Emerging Technologies

  • Large Language Models (LLMs): Basic experience with OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
  • AI and Machine Learning Concepts: Foundational understanding to support integration with applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with LangChain for AI-driven workflows.

Our hiring process

First, you’ll have a 30 minute interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. This is a chance to talk about your expectations, career growth, our culture, benefits and the way we invest in developing our team. The next part is a code challenge and technical interview with one of our senior developers. Lastly, you will meet our client who you would be working with once you join Tango. We expect this process to take no more than 3 weeks.
