Overview

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise level companies working with complex systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have leadership and strong communication skills, extensive experience and knowledge in Flutter (as well as knowledge with integrated systems and large scale systems).

Project Overview

The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with our U.S. based mobile engineering team, defining architectural decisions and implementing novelty systems in close collaboration and guidance of our client’s technical team in APAC.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with Flutter, having used Bloc, Firebase and Rest APIs (required).
  • 5 years of experience or higher with mobile application development (mandatory).
  • Availability to work within the U.S. Pacific time zone is preferred.
  • Experience working with large-scale integrated systems and applications, enterprise projects involving multiple components or microservices.
  • Ability to investigate new technologies.
  • Navigates ambiguity with ease.
  • Experience with backend implementations or CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.

VGV wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $115k-$171k. 

We benchmark every role based on location and against comparable companies to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as location, experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications and other job-related factors.
