THE TEAM

The Nitrogen marketing team is a special group. This industry award-winning ensemble has been hand-selected for their elite skills and experience spanning product marketing strategy, demand generation, partner marketing, digital, tradeshow/corporate event strategy, operations and tightly-integrated sales development. In collaboration with our product team and sales organization, we shape the Nitrogen brand in the wealthtech industry while driving sales growth and a high quality customer experience for financial advisors. We put on the Fearless Investing Summit and have even created a product from the ground up - Nitrogen Marketing Center.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

The Digital Marketing Manager will support Nitrogen’s efforts with website optimization, organic search, and paid media. This individual will establish a digital marketing strategy and distribute content across various channels and deliver continuous improvements on key performance metrics such as channel engagement, lead volume, and conversions.

As Nitrogen’s Senior Digital Marketing Manager you’ll:

  • Assist with the coordination, execution, and tracking of Marketing efforts across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, CRO, and social media.
  • Collaborate with brand content creators and maintain website content in HubSpot and WordPress, including posting blogs, and creating landing pages and lead generation forms.
  • Work closely across the marketing team on the ideation, deployment, and tracking of the results of A/B tests with the goal of improving conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute a structured plan for testing UX improvement opportunities with the focus on impacting conversion rate while ensuring all digital assets adhere to UX best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Design and collaborate with marketing team on strategies for lead generation and nurturing through digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct website content audits, competitive analyses, and proactively seek opportunities to improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist in the production of assets for campaigns, events, email, video, editorial, landing pages, presentations, events, sponsorships, social media, marketing sites, and sales collateral
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of experience executing a range of online marketing tactics (paid, social, content, SEO, etc.)
  • Proficiency with WordPress or similar content management system (knowledge of HTML a huge plus)
  • Knowledge of website best practices, emerging digital trends, and user experience
  • Experience optimizing websites for search engines (experience with SEO Keyword Research tools a plus)
  • Has an analytical mind with an understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Hubspot Reporting, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management software (Asana, Basecamp, Monday.com)
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Bonus points for experience in FinTech or B2B Marketing
  • Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

The expected compensation range for this role is a $115k-$125k base salary plus annual bonus.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
