Bitwarden, named a “Great Place to Work” in 2024 for the third year in a row, is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager with 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience targeting technical personas in enterprise organizations. This individual will strategize, execute, and optimize demand generation programs to fuel the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing successful demand generation campaigns through a mix of promotional channels and strategies, including account-based marketing. This team member will work closely with leadership, marketing, and sales team members in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing enterprise-grade demand generation programs optimized for each stage of the buyer journey to achieve lead targets, fuel pipeline, and exceed revenue goals.
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing account-based marketing and nurture campaigns to convert target accounts into high-value opportunities
  • Partnering with sales development to deliver custom outreach messaging and strategic materials that align with campaign themes and buyer interests.
  • Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities and provide value to business prospects.
  • Leveraging internal and external resources, including third-party agencies, to develop strategic campaign assets that will drive lead generation across multiple personas and product lines
  • Lay the foundation for new demand generation channels, including virtual events, syndication, and affiliate marketing.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience with proven results in the following areas:

  • Advanced and proven ability to write for the technical B2B audience and communicate effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience building B2B demand generation plans and budget proposals targeting technical personas in the information technology space (bonus if you have growth marketing experience in the security technology industry)
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-grade campaigns across a mix of paid and organic channels designed to meet quarterly and annual growth targets
  • Experience building end-to-end email nurture campaigns and outbound sales sequences
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance, translating data into actionable takeaways, and developing/presenting executive summary reports for business leadership
  • Experience leveraging key marketing technology such as Hubspot, 6sense, Bombora, LinkedIn, and other SaaS tools to enable targeted demand generation.
  • Experience running A/B tests and applying experimental marketing best practices to drive continuous program optimization
  • Experience working directly in or cross-functionally with sales
  • Experience partnering closely with marketing operations and product marketing
  • Proven ability to learn, adapt, and process new information quickly

In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, relevant experience, and skill set as assessed in the interview process, as well as market data by location. See our careers page for a list of benefits. Please note that compensation outside the U.S. will differ based on the market.
