About the Role:

In this role, you will drive projects and analysis to drive long-range planning and optimize content strategy globally. You will work cross-functionally across teams to collaborate and align on goals. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with the ability to reliably meet deadlines and impeccable attention to detail. 

This role is hybrid and may be based out of our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic content planning support by determining content needs via audience insights to drive viewer engagement
  • Performance analysis of launched titles, including audience deep dives and data analysis for title recaps and renewal decisions
  • Partner closely with Content Acquisition & Partnerships, Business Operations, Data Science & Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, and Marketing on key company initiatives and strategy development.
  • Support Annual Content Deal Planning process in collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis, Content Acquisition & Partnerships, and Tubi Originals
  • Conduct analysis and research to provide an informed perspective and recommendations on big-ticket Acquisitions, Originals greenlights, and new programming opportunities for Content
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor slates, and programming opportunities
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting, including reports and presentations for weekly Executive meetings and month/quarter-end deliverables

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or content strategy/sales strategy at a major media or tech company
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of SQL and Tableau a plus
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as collaboratively, excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • A solid understanding of the streaming landscape and business models
  • MBA preferred
  • Passionate fan of Movies & TV

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

$98,000 - $140,000 / year + Bonus + Long Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
