We Are Hiring! We need a Security Specialist - Project Hire to join our Team!
*This is an estimated 30-month project hire placement, with no guarantee of permanent placement.
What You Will Do
- Act as primary POC for audit evidence collection and delivery
- Follow up on action items and bring to closure
- Communicate updates, escalations, and accomplishments to leadership and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison for external/internal teams (auditors and stakeholders) and technical teams
- Learn the segment information technology general controls (ITGC) environment in order to appropriately determine if audit evidence obtained is complete and accurate
- Perform ITGC validations
- Ad hoc compliance projects
- Organize and attend stakeholder meetings
- Capture meeting notes and action items
- Create and maintain project reports/trackers
You Will Have
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Technical project experience; creating and maintaining project reports/trackers
- Experience working with Atlassian and Confluence products (Jira, Wiki)
- Experience working within a technical environment and communicating across technical and business customers
- Experience working collaboratively with engineers
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in California is $93,400.00-$125,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
