TTEC Digital seeks a Salesforce Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity!


The Salesforce Architect is intended to drive the technical side of the integrated solutions provided to our clients.  The Architect must be passionate about solving business challenges and determining solutions for potential clients. This position will analyze, design, and launch solutions for our clients using Salesforce. This role will work heavily with Management, Operations, Clients, and other development teams to accomplish the goals for multiple implementations. 


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify, build, and integrate various technologies to provide client solutions and associate applications using Salesforce.com and other technologies
  • Develop solutions based on specifications as indicated in the design
  • Create high-quality solutions for clients
  • Participate and collaborate on the design
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support ongoing project development
  • Effectively deliver results on several development projects
  • Produce technical documentation
  • Provide product consulting across the Salesforce platform including Sales and Service Cloud
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Achieve and Maintain Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Developer Certifications
